Sebab, keuruman penumpang tetap saja terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>Ini ditemukan langsung wakil ketua DPRD Kota (Dekot) Ternate Heny Sutan Muda ketika turun memantau aktivitas pelabuhan baik di pelabuhan speedboat (SB) maupun pelabuhan penyebrangan di Bastiong.<\/p>\n<p>Dia mengaku, di pelabuhan Bastiong misalnya, tidak ada protkol kesehatan yang berlaku\u00a0khususnya menghindari kerumuman. Penumpang yang turun dari kapal Feri harus berdesak-desakan untuk melakukan antri pemeriksaan suhu tubuh oleh petugas.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini terjadi karena terbatasnya petugas yang ditempatkan di pelabuhan itu. \u201cTadi (Kemarin,red) pagi terlihat hanya 1 petugas saja yang melayani untuk mendata puluhan penumpang, hingga para penumpang pun berdesak-desakan antri,&#8221; terang Heny , Selasa (7\/4).<\/p>\n<p>Begitu juga di pelabuhan speedbiat mangga dua. Dia melihat belum ada pengetatan terhadap penumpang yang datang oleh Kantor Syahbandar Otoritas Pelabuhan (KSOP) Ternate, Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) dan Tim gugus Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dia melihat hal ini bukti dari minimnya koordinasi antara Gugus, KSOP dan KKP. &#8220;Penumpang dari luar Ternate ketika tiba di pelabuhan tidak lagi melakukan pemeriksaan tapi langsung naik mobil dan pergi begitu saja,\u201d akuinya.<\/p>\n<p>Heni menyarankan penumpang dari luar kota Ternate yang tidak memiliki kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) atau tidak berdomisili di Ternate, seyogyanya dipulangkan kembali ke daerahannya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau ada penumpang yang berdomisili luar kota Ternate, seperti di kabupaten lain agar sementara dipulangkan dulu di daerahnya masing-masing, ini demi memutus mata rantai wabah Covid-19 yang marak terjadi di Malut khususnya di kota Ternate. Jadi langka baiknya kalau terdapat penumpang yang memiliki KTP diluar Ternate pada saat itu juga langsung diseberangkan atau dipulangkan kembali, &#8221; pungkasnya.
