{"id":13365,"date":"2020-07-09T14:19:44","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T06:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=13365"},"modified":"2020-07-12T19:04:13","modified_gmt":"2020-07-12T11:04:13","slug":"banyak-desa-di-halbar-belum-punya-tapal-batas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=13365","title":{"rendered":"Banyak Desa di Halbar Belum Punya Tapal Batas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;<\/strong><\/em>Sekretaris Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (DPMPD) Halmahera Barat (Halbar), Ramli Nasser, memastikan hampir sebagian besar desa di Halbar, belum memiliki patok tapal batas antar desa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari 175 desa yang tersebar di 8 kecamatan, tercatat baru 16 desa yang secara resmi memiliki tapal batas, termasuk di dalamnya 10 desa pemekaran pembentukan Kecamatan Loloda Tengah, yang sementara menunggu kodefikasi kecamatan diterbitkan Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Jadi sejauh ini, untuk tapal batas antar desa itu, untuk penentuan tapal batas hanya sebatas pengakuan setiap desa. Tapi untuk titik koordinatnya 50 persen sudah ada,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rencanannya, kata dia, penentuan tapal batas desa akan dilakukan melalui penentuan titik koordinat. Namun rencana itu terbentur dengan Covid-19, sehingga belum bisa dilakukan. Sebab nantinya, penentuan tapal batas antar desa ini, bakal ditindaklanjuti melalui peraturan daerah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Mudah-mudahan di tahun 2021 mendatang sudah bisa berjalan, sehingga penetapan tapal batas desa ini juga secepatnya bisa dilakukan, guna menghindari konflik,&#8221; harap Ramli<strong>.
