HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Penggunaan Dana Desa (DD) oleh Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) dari tahun ke tahun ternyata masih terus bermasalah.<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan data Inspektorat Halmahera Utara (Halut) tahun 2020 ini, dari 196 desa yang tersebar di Halut, terdapat 17 desa yang dilaporkan masyarakat atas dugaan melakukan praktik tindak pidana korupsi DD.<\/p>\n

\n

Meski tidak disebut secara detail nama-nama desa tersebut, namun pihak Inspektorat sempat menyampaikan bahwa, sedikitnya terdapat 5 desa yang sudah tuntas diaudit penggunaan anggaranya.<\/p>\n

\n

Desa tersebut di antaranya, Posi-posi Kecamatan Loloda Utara, Dodowo Kecamatan Galela Utara, Patang dan Goruang Kecamatan Kao, serta Salube Kecamatan Loloda Kepulauan.<\/p>\n

\n

Inspektur Inspektorat Halut, Tonny Kappuw, menuturkan, kelima desa yang sudah rampung hasil auditnya itu, akan diserahkan ke DPMPD untuk diproses lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n

\n

Selanjutnya akan disampaikan ke Bupati Halut agar diambil keputusan, apakah diberi sanksi tegas berupa pemberhentian, proses hukum atau diminta bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan pengembalian.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cJadi tahun 2020 ini, Inspektorat menerima laporan masyarakat tentang dugaan penyimpangan DD sebanyak 17 Desa, tapi 5 desa sudah tuntas diaudit. Tinggal menunggu keputusan bupati,\u201d jelasnya, Rabu (22\/7).<\/p>\n

\n

Yang tersisa 12 desa, kata Tonny, tetap dilakukan audit. Karena DD adalah anggaran negara. Sedangkan di sisi lain, masyarakat mendesak agar permasalahan tersebut harus benar-benar tuntas.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cKami memang kekurangan personil, sementara banyak laporan yang masuk. Jadi kami dalam melakukan audit harus bertahap,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n

\n

Dugaan penyalahgunaan DD dari 17 desa ini, menurut dia, sebagian besar terjadi pada program fisik.\u201dRata-rata bermasalah pada dugaan penyimpangan program. Kami juga baru menerima laporan kasus yang sama, yaitu DD dari masyarakat Toweka, Kecamatan Galela.
