HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Status wilayah enam desa pasca terbitnya Permendagri Nomor 60 Tahun 2019 terkait tapal batas yang disengketakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat (Halbar) dan Halmahera Utara (Halut), hingga saat ini tak kunjung ada kejelasan.<\/p>\n

\n

Buktinya, hingga saat ini penerbitan kodefikasi desa yang dijanjikan bakal diterbitkan oleh Kemendagri belum dikeluarkan. Padahal sebelumnya, Pemkab bersama DPRD telah menindaklanjuti putusan tersebut dengan menerbitkan peraturan daerah (perda) di wilayah enam desa.<\/p>\n

\n

Dalam perda tersebut terjadi perubahan nomenklatur nama-nama desa, di antaranya Desa Tetewang Joronga, Bobane Igo Madihutu, Akelamo Cinga-cinga, Akesahu Madutu, serta Pasir Putih Ngeba.<\/p>\n

\n

Belum jelasnya kodefikasi desa membuat realisasi Dana Desa (DD) tahun 2021 mendatang, terancam belum bisa dinikmati oleh warga di enam desa tersebut.<\/p>\n

\n

Sekretaris Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (DPMPD) Halbar, Ramli Nasser, mengaku penerbitan kodefikasi enam desa, untuk persyaratan adminsitrasi sudah lengkap. Selebihnya tinggal menungu penerbitan kodefikasi desa oleh Kemendagri.<\/p>\n

\n

“Tap kalau mau jujur, wilayah enam desa yang masuk Halut itu tidak perlu lagi kodefikasi desa. Karena dengan penerbitan Permendagri ini sudah jelas. Yang sempat menjadi pedebatan, saat pembahasan kenapa Halut bisa ambil kode desa dan Halbar belum,” terangnya.<\/p>\n

\n

Menurut Ramli, sekalipun belum ada penerbitan kodefikasi desa, namun pelayanan pemerintahan tetap berjalan. \u201cDan ini sudah tercantum dalam poin kesepakatan, agar masing-masing daerah mengurus roda pemerintahannya,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n

\n

Pasca terbitnya kodefikasi enam desa, kata dia, Pemkab juga bakal melakukan pemekarkan wilayah, di antaranya Bobane Igo Madihutu serta Desa Akalmo Cinga-Cinga, dengan tujuan memperpendek rentan kendali.<\/p>\n
