HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Ternate menjatuhkan hukum 14 tahun penjara kepada Ardiansyah, terdakwa kasus investasi bodong PT Karapoto, Rabu (9\/9). Sidang putusan dipimpin hakim ketua Toni Irfan.<\/p>\n

Dikutip dari Malut Post, selain kurungan badan, hakim juga membebankan denda Rp10 miliar kepada Ardiyansah. Jika tidak dibayar, maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan 1 tahun.<\/p>\n

\n

“Terdakwa Ardiansyah telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana perbankan secara bersama-sama, dan berlanjut menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan tanpa ada izin usaha dari pimpinan Bank Indonesia,” kata Toni.<\/p>\n

\n

Putusan itu dikurangi masa penangkapan dan penahanan yang telah dijalani terdakwa. “Dengan perintah terdakwa tetap berada dalam tahanan,” tegas Toni. Putusan majelis hakim tersebut sama dengan tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU)\u00a0Kejaksaan Tinggi Maluku Utara.<\/p>\n

Ardiansyah dalam kasus tersebut dijerat dengan pasal 46 ayat 1 junto pasal 16 Undang-Undang nomor 7 tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Uundang-Undang nomor 10 tahun 1998 junto pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 junto pasal 64 ayat (1) Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), dan UU Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 tentang hukum acara pidana serta Peraturan Perundang-undangan lain yang bersangkutan.\u00a0(mp\/kho)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
