HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Konflik tapal batas enam desa di Kecamatan Jailolo Timur antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat (Halbar) dan Halmahera Utara (Halut) yang sampai hari ini belum ada kejelasan, turut menyulitkan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Halbar melakukan pendataan penduduk (sensus).<\/p>\n

\n

Sebab, belum diterbitkannya kodefikasi desa di wilayah tersebut menyebabkan pihak BPS tidak dapat memutuskan, bahwa apakah penduduk di wilayah tersebut masuk wilayah Halbar atau Halut.<\/p>\n

\n

Sebelumnya, telah diterbitkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 60 Tahun 2019, yang ditindaklajuti dengan rencana penerbitan kodefikasi empat desa dan ditetapkan masuk wilayah Halbar.<\/p>\n

\n

Kepala BPS Halbar, Urip Santoso, kepada wartawan, Jumat (3\/10) kemarin mengungkapkan, dalam melakukan sensus penduduk, BPS melaksanakan pendataaan sekali dalam 10 tahun.<\/p>\n

\n

Dalam pendataan itu, kata dia, petugas mencatat seluruh penduduk Indonesia, baik yang memiliki Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) maupun Kartu Keluarga (KK). Kendati demikian, pendataan juga berdasarkan kodefikasi desa.<\/p>\n

\n

Khusus di wilayah enam desa, kata Urip, BPS terpaksa mengirim petugas khusus yang juga dari warga enam desa. Sebab petugas dari BPS Halut pernah diusir oleh warga setempat.<\/p>\n

\n

“Jadi untuk pendataan warga enam desa versi Halbar ini, kami juga ada petugas khusus. Hasilnya nanti akan kami dikonsultasikan ke Pemkab Halbar. Mengingat, saat ini juga belum ada kodefikasi desa,” terangnya.<\/p>\n

\n

Untuk pendataan di lapangan, menurut Urip, hingga saat ini sudah selesai. Selebihnya adalah melakukan rekapitulasi dan verifikasi data oleh petugas, sebelum dilaporkan ke pusat.<\/p>\n

\n

Dalam proses pendataan, lanjut dia, BPS juga menyandingkan data dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Halbar yang berdasarkan data, jumlah penduduk Halbar berkisar 130 ribu lebih.<\/p>\n

\n

Sedangkan data BPS sebanyak 115 ribu lebih, yang kemudian disatukan sebagai data awal di lapangan. “Sensus penduduk ini juga sudah berjalan sejak Mei. Sedangkan pendataan sistem online sudah berlangsung sejak Februari. Target kami akhir tahun sudah harus tuntas,” katanya.<\/p>\n

BPS, lanjut dia, dalam pendataan penduduk di tengah dampak Covid-19 juga menggunakan sistem melalui pembagian cuesioner melalui RT, dengan mengecek penduduk tersebut. \u201cUntuk memastikan, ada tidak di lokasi untuk mengisi kuesioner yang diberikan oleh petugas untuk di isi,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Dia menambahkan, jumlah penduduk Halbar diproyeksikan hanya bisa bertambah di angka 2 persen. \u201cSensus penduduk yang dilakukan 10 tahun sekali itu, bisanya ada evaluasi proyeksi dalam pertengahan 5 tahun.
