COM<\/strong> \u2013 Pemuda Desa Rawajaya, Kecamatan Tobole, Kabupaten Halmahera Utara (Halut), secara bergotong-royong memperbaiki akses jalan yang berlubang di desa mereka, Jumat (16\/10).<\/p>\n<p>Desa Rawajaya adalah salah satu pusat perekonomian dan menjadi titik tersibuk di Tobelo. Sebab di wilayah itu juga menjadi akses lalu lintas kendaraan menuju Pelabuhan Tobelo. Namun kondisi jalan di desa itu masih minim dari perhatian Pemda.<\/p>\n<p>Sekretaris Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) Rawajaya, Oktorismon Me, mengaku banyak pengendara, baik roda dua maupun roda empat mengeluh terkait kondisi jalan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara, itu belum menjadi perhatian pemda. Sehingga, secara swadaya pemuda berinisiatif membeli material untuk memperbaiki jalan yang berlubang tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTahap perbaikan yang dilakukan sebulan lalu itu kembali rusak. Karena ini menjadi akses mobilisasi kendaraan keluar \u2013 masuk pelabuhan,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara, saat hujan lebat kerap menimbulkan banjir yang kemudian berdampak ke wilayah permukiman warga Desa Rawajaya. \u201cKarena drainase yang dibuat hanya terfokus pada seputaran kota, dan tidak memperhatikan pembuangan ke laut,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Bahkan, lanjut Oktorismon, perluasan area pelabuhan, pembuatan swering, dan tembok justru membuat air tidak dapat mengalir ke laut. &#8220;Jadi menurut saya, perencanaan dari dinas terkait kurang efektif,\u201d tandasnya. <strong>(kho)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HARIANHALMAHERA.
