Namun berdasarkan hasil survey Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Halmahera Utara (Halut) tahun 2020 ini, ternyata jalan tersebut hanya sampai pada sirtu badan jalan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parahnya, proyek yang dikerjakan oleh rekanan PT. Sinar Carolindo Perkasa ini telah menguras APBD tahun 2015 sebesar Rp7.980.000.000. Namun realisasi pekerjaan diduga tidak sesuai anggaran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kepala Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PU Halut, William Jesayas, Senin (26\/10) mengatakan, pihaknya bingung dengan sistem pekerjaan jalan tersebut. Sebab tidak ada istilah black topping dalam infrastruktur jalan dan baru kali ini terjadi pada ruas jalan Pale-Kawasan Pemerintahan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSejak awal disampaikan pembangunannya black topping, tetapi dari survey lapangan ternyata hanya dilakukan sirtu,\u201d ungkap William<strong>.
