HARIANHALMAHERA.COM<\/strong> \u2013 Memperingati Hari Sumpah Pemuda, yang jatuh pada Rabu (28\/10), Himpunan Pelajaran Mahasiswa Indonesia (HIPMI) Halmahera Tengah (Halteng), mengelar aksi penolakan Undang \u2013 Undang Omnibus Law yang ditetapkan menjadi RUU pada 5 Oktober lalu.<\/p>\n

Ketua Bidang Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa HIPMI Halteng, Darmawan Jufri, menilai, 11 klaster UU itu merupakan kepentingan investor asing, yang akan menggerogoti seluruh dimensi kehidupan negara, serta mengabaikan kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama resesi akibat hantaman pandemi Covid-19.<\/p>\n

“Pemerintah bersama Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat mengkhianati amanah rakyat Indonesia. Sehingga, tidak ada celah selain menyerukan pemerintah pusat, dalam hal ini Presiden, untuk mengeluarkan Perpu pembatalan Undang \u2013 Undang Cipta Kerja,” kata Darmawan Jufri, Rabu (28\/10) di depan Pasar Weda.<\/p>\n

HIPMI Halteng, kata dia, dengan tegas menyatakan sikap penolak Omnibus Law. Kedua, Presiden harus keluarkan Perpu pembatalan UU Omnibus Law. Ketiga, sejahterakan buruh tambang, petani, nelayan, dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Keempat, tingkatkan gaji dan pelayanan buruh PT. Indonesia Wedabay Industrial Part (IWIP).<\/p>\n

Kelima, lanjut dia, hentikan pencemaran lingkungan pada masyarakat lingkar tambang di Halteng. Keenam, Pemkab Halteng segera mengevaluasi kinerja 3 tahun Pemerintahan Elang-Rahim pada index pendidikan, kesehatan dan infrastruktur Weda, Patani, Gebe.<\/p>\n

Ketua HIPMI Halteng, Munawarsyah Musa, mengatakan selain penolakan RUU Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja, pihaknya juga meminta pihak PT.IWIP agar selalu memperhatikan kinerja yang terkesan mengabaikan beberapa faktor kehidupan.<\/p>\n

Seperti, kata dia, kebijakan jam kerja serta izin pada waktu hari besar bagi umat beragama. “Hari-hari besar seperti lebaran, jumatan serta Natal dan tahun baru, harus diberikan izin.
