HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara (Pemprov Malut) mulai menyusun kebutuhan tenaga honorer yang saat ini jumlahnya mencapai 4.217 orang. Penyusunan kebutuhan ini mengacu pada analisis jabatan (anjab) dan analisis Beban kerja (ABK) yang ada di setiap Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).<\/p>\n

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Malut Idrus Adsagaf mengaku dirinya menjabat kepala BKD, mekanisme pengangkatan PTT ini dirombak dengan berdasarkan anjab dan ABK. “Jadi honorer harus diisi berdasarkan kebutuhan,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Saat ini proses Anjab dan ABK masih berlangsung di masing- masing OPD. Dari data yang ada jumlah honorer terbanyak adalah tenaga guru yakni 2.571\u00a0 sisanya 1646 orang adalah non guru.\u00a0 “Untuk data terakhir kembali ke SKPD sampai berapa banyak kita belum tau karena mereka lagi melakukan penyesuaian – penyesuian,” akunya.<\/p>\n

Jumlah tenaga honorer ini kata dia harus ditelah\u00a0 lagi di masing- masing OPD bersama biro organisasi mengingat terkait dengan kebutuhan jabatan\u00a0 kosong yang ada di OPD.<\/p>\n

Namun khusus data guru honor, Idrus menyebut adalah data sebelum dilakukan verifikasi dan seleksi CPNS. “Data itu bukan data pasti bagi kita. bisa saja Dikbud sudah melakukan verifikasi tenaga honorer bisa berkurang karena yang dibentuk tim oleh Dikbud dalam evaluasi anjab dan ABK sampai saat ini\u00a0 itu yang datanya kita\u00a0 belum tau belum masuk ke BKD,” tukasnya.
