Kali ini yang mereka teriak resah adalah Dacil Triwulan III, atau periode Agustus hingga Oktober tahun anggaran 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karena sampai sekarang, hak dari hasil keringan mereka tersebut belum diberikan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Halmahera Utara (Halut) melalui instansi terkait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mereka pun mempertanyakan alasan apa sehingga anggaran bonus tersebut selalu saja ditunda pencairannya. Karena mereka dibuat bertanya-tanya, kapan akan direalisasi Pemda Halut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DF, salah seorang guru yang bertugas di daerah terpencil mengatakan, penerimaan Dacil di Halut kali ini hanya mereka yang tersebar di 7 kecamatan, yaitu Kao Barat, Kao Teluk, Tobelo Barat, Galela Utara, Galela Barat, Loloda Kepulauan (Lokep) dan Loloda Utara (Lolut), yang mana secara keseluruhan mengeluh masalah tunjangan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dPenundaan pembayaran tunjangan Dacil ini bukan pertama kali, dan Pemda baru realisasi setelah kami terus mengeluh dan malas masuk mengajar,\u201d katanya, Selasa (17\/11).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut dia, informasi yang mereka terima dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Pemkab Halut bahwa anggaran Dacil triwulan III sudah diusulkan pencairannya ke Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Halut beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapi sampai saat ini belum ada tanda-tanda realisasi.\u201dSeharusnya tunjangan Dacil ini sudah kami terima di akhir atau awal bulan baru. Tapi sudah masuk pertengahan November 2020 ini belum diberikan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terpisah, Kepala BKAD Halut, Mahmud Lasidji, menyampaikan untuk tunjangan guru terpencil triwulan III itu sebenarnya sudah dalam tahap realisasi.\u201dIya, memang sudah dimasukan usulannya dan sementara ini BKAD dalam proses pencairan,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pastinya, lanjut Mahmud, tunjangan guru terpencil tersebut akan diusahakan realisasi dalam waktu yang tidak lama. \u201cSudah diproses, jadi pastinya dalam waktu dekat ini sudah realisasi,\u201d tandasnya<strong>.
