Proyek dengan yang menelan anggaran Rp 1 miliar lebih itu, pekerjaanya tahap awal sudah mulai jalan.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala\u00a0 dinas PUPR Arif Jalaluddin mengatakan, awalnya proyek yang dikerjakan CV. Wira Botlol itu melekat di dinas PUPR. Namun, dialihkan ke ke Dinas Ekonomi dan Pembangunan (Ekbang) dengan alasan masih banyak proyek yang di kerjakan PUPR. &#8220;Anggarannya melekat di Dinas Ekbang, kami hanya sabagai pihak yang memantau pekerjaan tersebut,&#8221;ungkap Arief.<\/p>\n<p>Pantauan koran ini, tamman lanskap ini memiliki luas setengah dari lapangan upacara di depan Kantor
