Emerald Ferrochromium Industry (EFI) terhenti dan sebanyak 300 karyawan dirumahkan, namun tidak bagi kasus dugaan pengrusakan lahan mereka di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Tobelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buktinya, kasus tersebut \u00a0tetap berlanjut yang mana dijadwalkan pada tanggal 8 Desember 2020 nanti akan digelar sidang agenda pembuktian surat-surat dari pihak penggugat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>BACA JUGA :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/halut\/pt-emerald-digugat-pengrusakan-lahan\/\">PT. Emerald Digugat Pengrusakan Lahan<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kuasa hukum penggugat Merice Dino, \u00a0Ridelfi Pudinaung, mengatakan, proses persidangan pengrusakan lahan oleh tergugat PT. EFI sudah masuk tahap pembuktian, yaitu hakim PN Tobelo meminta penggugat menyampaikan bukti fisik berupa surat-surat terkait kepemilikan lahan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSidang tetap jalan dan saat ini sudah masuk tahap penyampaian surat-surat,\u201d katanya, Minggu (6\/12).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>BACA JUGA :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/halut\/terancam-bayar-rp3-miliar-pt-emerald-minta-mediasi-ulang\/\">Terancam Bayar Rp3 Miliar, PT. Emerald Minta Mediasi Ulang<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disentil soal perusahan yang saat ini berhenti operasi, Adel \u2013 sapaan akrab \u2013 Ridefli Pudinaung, menuturkan pihaknya sudah tahu. Namun masalah itu adalah internal perusahan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTapi bukan berarti kasus mereka soal pengrusakan lahan dapat terhenti.
