{"id":17780,"date":"2020-12-28T21:30:39","date_gmt":"2020-12-28T13:30:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=17780"},"modified":"2020-12-28T21:30:39","modified_gmt":"2020-12-28T13:30:39","slug":"rekrutmen-cpnsd-tahun-2021-belum-pasti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=17780","title":{"rendered":"Rekrutmen CPNSD Tahun 2021 Belum Pasti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;<\/strong><\/em>Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Halmahera Barat (Halbar), belum dapat memastikan adanya perekrutan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah (CPNSD) di tahun 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ini menyusul informasi melalui\u00a0Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan \u2013 RB), terkait rekrutmen CPNSD yang dijadwalkan bakal dibuka pada April 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Sampai saat ini kami belum mendapat informasi dari pusat. Olehnya itu, BKD juga tidak mau berspekulasi,&#8221; ungkap Kepala BKD Setda Halbar, Zubair T. Latif, Rabu (23\/12) kemarin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut Zubair, rekrutmen CPNSD yang direncanakan bakal dibuka di 2021 juga berdasarkan quota tahun 2020, yang semestinya digelar di tahun ini. Namun karena pandemi Covid-19, sehingga rekrutmen CPNSD jatah tahun 2020 juga ditunda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cJadi rekerutmen di tahun ini itu jatah tahun 2019 kemarin. Dan tahun depan jika ada lowongan, prioritas juga masih tenaga pendidikan dan kesehatan,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dia menambahkan, untuk CPNSD yang sudah dinyatakan lulus tahun ini, tinggal menunggu penetapan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) dari Kemenpan \u2013 RB. Setelah itu ada penetapan Surat Keputusan (SK), lalu menjalani pelatihan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sedangkan penempatan akan disesuaikan dengan lamaran yang diajukan. \u201cJadi tidak diperkenankan keluar dari formasi yang sudah ditetapkan oleh kementerian,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karena jika tidak, menurut dia, akan terjadi kekosongan. &#8220;Jadi penempatan berdasarkan farmasi usulan yang diajukan. Tidak bisa kosong.
