HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Sesuai ketertuan, hari pertama masuk kerja bagi Aparatus Sipil Negara (ASN) usai libur dan cuti bersama natal dan tahun baru (nataru) memang sudah dimulai kemarin (4\/1).<\/p>\n

Namun, tidak dengan para PNS (pegawai negeri sipil) di lingkup Pemkab Halmahera Tengah (Halteng). Sebagian besar justeru memilih meliburkan diri. Ini dapat dilihat dari suasana hari pertama masuk kerja di kantor Bupati Halteng kemarin.<\/p>\n

Dari pantauan koran ini, ada sebagian ruangan SKPD yang terlihat masih tutup dan tidak ada sama sekali aktivitas PNS didalamnya. Bahkan di beberapa SKPD hanya nampak satu dua PNS yang masuk kantor.<\/p>\n

Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Halteng, Yanto M. Asri menegaskan, PNS yang tidak masuk kantor kemarin tetap akan diambil langkah. Apalagi, warning untuk tidak menambah libur sudah disampaikan sejak awal.<\/p>\n

Ditegaskan, sesuai SKB (surat keputusan bersama) tiga Menteri yakni Menteri Agama (Menag), Menteri Tenaga Kerja (Menaker) dan Menteri Pendayagunaan dan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) tentang hari libur nasional dan cuti bersama tahun 2020 sudah diatur jelas tentang sanksi bagi ASN yang melanggar.<\/p>\n

“Libur Nasional hanya 25 Desember kemarin. Sedangkan cuti bersama itu tanggal 24 dan 31 Desember. Sehingga, Senin hari ini seluruh ASN sudah harus berkantor tanpa terkecuali. Sedangkan tanggal 4 Januari itu sudah kembali berkantor. Jadi jangan tambah hari libur,” tukasnya. (tr1\/pur)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
