HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Laporan warga Desa Umiyal Kecamatan Pulau Gebe terkait dugaan penyalahgunaan bantuan sosial (Bansos) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di desa itu ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Weda, sepettinya masih akan ‘tatono’ di Kejari.<\/p>\n

Sebab, kasus yang dilaporkan warga pada tahun kemarin itu belum akan ditindaklanjuti Kejari dalam waktu dekat dengan alasan masih banyak kasus tipikor lainnya yang fokus dituntaskan lebih dulu.<\/p>\n

“Tetap di proses hanya saja butuh sedikit waktu, karena masih menyelesaikan beberapa kasus,” terang Kepala Seksi (Kasi) Intel Kejari Weda, Salhu Teru Senin (25\/01).<\/p>\n

Sementara Koordinator Wilayah PKH Halteng Irawan Djalal justeru berharap kasus ini harus segera diusut, sebab selain sudah lama dilaporkan warga, penanganan kasus dugaan korupsi bansos di masa pandemi juga menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah.<\/p>\n

Irawan mengungkapkan, kasus dugaan penyelewengan PKH ini diduga kuat melibatkan Sekdes Umyal berinisial SG. Indikasi penyelewengan PK ini tidak hanya dilakukan SG pada PKH tahun 2020, namun mulai dari tahun 2017.<\/p>\n

“Sekdes tidak lampirkan bukti transaksi penarikan dari Bank. Selain itu juga penerima PKH juga tidak memegang buku tabungan dan ATM mereka,” ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Bahkan, selama kurun empat tahun ini, PKH yang diterima oleh setiap keluarga pun tidak lagi utuh alias sudah dipotong oleh SG\u00a0 “Jadi total PKH yang dipotong Sekdes sejak 2017 hingga 2020 mencapai puluhan juta,” sebutnya<\/p>\n

Dari laporan ke Kejari, tercatat ada sekitar hampir 50 penerimaan PKH di Desa Umiyal dengan kerugian kurang lebih mendekati Rp 60 juta.<\/p>\n

Hamja, salah satu penerima PKH di Desa Umiyal menuturkan, pencairan PKH selama ini diserahkan ke SG dengan alasan warga tidak mengetahui cara pencairan atau penarikan uang. “Selama ini yang melakukan pencairan atau penarikan bantuan PKH, adalah Sekdes Umiyal,” katanya.<\/p>\n
