HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Satuan Polisi Lalu Lintas (Sat Lapntas) Polres Ternate, Selasa (16\/2) memusnakan ratusan knalpot racing hasil razia selama setahun. Pemusnaan dilakukan secara simbolis oleh Kapolres AKBP Aditya Laksimada didampingi sejimlah perwira didepan kantor Satlantas.<\/p>\n

Aditya menyebut jumlah knalpot yang berhasil disita sebanyak 500 buah. \u201cKnalpot racing yang disita karena ada keluhan masyarakat sangat mengganggu terutama pada malam hari saat masyarakat sedang istirahat,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Razia knalpot ini polisi tidak hanya memberikan blanko tilang namun turut serta diamankan kendaraannya. Dengan artian petugas juga akan menahan kendaraan pelanggar untuk sementara waktu.<\/p>\n

\u201cSetelah pembayaran denda tilang, lalu saat mau mengambil motornya, harus membawa knalpot standar dan diganti baru dikembalikan motor kepada pemiliknya,\u201dtegasnya.<\/p>\n

Mantan Kapolres Halbar ini menegaskan, tindakan yang diambil polisi di lapangan berdasarkan, Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan Nomor 22 Tahun 2009, menggunakan knalpot tidak sesuai standar bisa diganjar dengan Pasal 285 ayat 1.<\/p>\n

Sementara Kasat Lantas Polres Ternate AKP Setiaji Nor Atmojo menambahkan, knalpot racing yang disita ini rata-rata di kalangan anak muda (SMA), ada juga disebagian untuk komunitas motor.<\/p>\n

\u201cKalau di kalangan komunitas motor paling hanya satu atau dua saja. Itupun mereka di komunitas mereka mengaku tidak akan lagi menggunakan knalpot racing dengan alasan membuat malu komunitas karena melanggar aturan lalu lintas,\u201dsebutnya.(tr4\/pur)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
