Emerald Ferrochromium Industry (EFI) tidak produksi, akhirnya perusahan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan biji besi ini dikabarkan akan kembali beroperasi. Sebab, aktifnya perusahan ini hanya tinggal menunggu hasil negosiasi seputar sengketa lahan dengan warga lingkar tambang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kepastian operasi kembali PT. Emerald tersebut ikut dibenarkan Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) pemkab Halut, Jeffri R Hoata. Kepada awak media ini, Kadis Nakertrans mengatakan bahwa operasi kembali perusahan tersebut disampaikan langsung oleh manajemen PT. Emerald saat pertemuan bersama pada hari selasa (16\/2) kemarin di kantor Bupati Halut terkait penyelesaian sengketa lahan. \u201dIya, PT.Emerald tetap akan beroperasi kembali. Ini hasil pertemuan kami dengan mereka (PT.EFI),\u201d katanya, Rabu (17\/2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalam pertemuan itu menurut Jeffry, PT. EFI tetap akan beroperasi akan tetapi belum dapat ditentukan waktunya, karena saat ini manajemen perusahan masih menunggu hasil negosiasi harga lahan dengan salah seorang warga pemilik lahan. \u201dKalau negosiasi lahan sudah tuntas maka secepatnya akan beroperasi,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun jika negosiasi harga tersebut tidak ada solusi atau disepakati maka PT.EFI lanjut dikatakan Kadis Nakertrans Halut, manajemen perusahan menyatakan bahwa mereka akan lanjut beroperasi dengan merubah perencanaan dari sebelumnya, yaitu akan di bangun kembali bangunan ke lahan lain yang ada di lokasi perusahan sendiri. \u201dManajemen PT. Emerald sudah komitemen bahwa kalaupun hasil negosiasi tidak ada solusi maka mereka tetapi beroperasi,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kepala Disnakertrans juga menambahkan bahwa Pemkab Halut tetap mengawal upaya penyelesaian sengketa lahan antara PT.EFI dengan warga pemilik lahan, namun soal negosiasi harga lahan tentu hanya manajemen perusahaan dengan pemilik lahan. \u201dKami tinggal menunggu hasil pertemuan kedua pihak, kalau sudah ada kesepakatan maka masalah selesai tapi tidak ada solusi maka otomatis PT.EFI akan pindah ke lahan yang masih berada di dalam lokasi mereka,\u201d terangnya.(dit)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;Setelah hampir sebulan PT.
