Demikian kata Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (DPMD) Wenas Rompis. Sebelumnya, program ini sudah direncanakan di 2020, namun belum teralisasi akibat pandemi covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMemang di tahun 2020 sudah diprogramkan tower mini di sejumlah desa. Namun karena adanya pandemic covid-19, maka anggaran tower mini dialihkan ke BLT. Pengalihan anggaran itu sebagaimana instruksi Permendes no 6,\u201d kata Wenas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disebutkan, anggaran tersebut melekat dalam APBDes. Karena itu pekerjaannya langsung dari desa dengan pihak ketiga. DPMD kewenangannya hanya mengawal, sehingga program yang direncanakan bisa teralisasi. \u201cKemungkinan akan dimulai setelah Dana Desa dicairkan,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenas berharap, agar di tahun ini bisa terealisasi untuk 10 desa di kecamatan Loloda Utara dan Galela Utara.
