HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Beda halnya dengan sengketa batas daerah antara Halmahera Barat (Halbar) dengan Halmahera Utara (Halut). Penyelesaian sengketa batas daerah antara Halbar dengan Halmahera Timur (Haltim) justeru tidak butuh waktu lama.<\/p>\n

Buktinya, dalam pertemuan yang dimediasi Pemprov Malut di Kantor Gubernur kemarin, kedua Pemda baik Halbar maupun Haltim sepakat dengan batas administrasu kedua daerah. Kesepakatan ini dituangkan dalam berita acara yang memuat titik koordinat beserta petanya.<\/p>\n

Kepala Bagian (Kabag) Pengelolaan Perbatasan dan Penataan Kawasan Biro Pemerintahan Setda Malut Aldhy Ali mengakui proses penyelesaian batas Halbar-Halut memang cukup cepat. Sebab, hanya butuh tiga kali mediasi, kedua Pemda pun akhirnya sepakat dengan dengan garis batas administrasi kedua Daerah.<\/p>\n

Kesepakatan yang ditandatangani dalam berita acara itu kata dia akan dikirim ke Kementrian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) untuk ditetapkan lewat peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri).<\/p>\n

“Dari hasil kesepakatan selanjutnya Gubernur akan melaporkan sekaligus menguslkan penerbitan permendagri batas daerah antara Kabupaten Halbar dan Kabupaten Haltim.<\/p>\n

Dikatakan, selesainya batas wilayah Halbar-Haltim, maka seluruh segmen batas daerah di Malut yang berjumlah 8 segmen sudah klir. Ini juga sekaligus menjadikan Malut dalam 10 Provinsi yang telah menyelesaikan permasalahan batas wilayah secara utuh.<\/p>\n

“Sehingga kedepan dalam rangka penyusunan RTRW kabupaten\/kota dan penyusunan kebijakan lainnya tentu telah memiliki batas wilayah yang defenitif.” pungkasnya<\/p>\n

Mediasi yang dipimpin Sekprov Malut Samsuddin A Kadis selaku Wakil Ketua Tim Pengeasan Batas Daerah, turut dihadiri Kepala Biro Pemerintahan Ali Fataruba.
