Belum usul Pencairan Tahap II Dana Pinjaman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;<\/strong><\/em>Setelah menerima pencairan tahap pertama dana pinjaman daerah Desember 2020 lalu dari PT SMI sebesar Rp 45 milar, Pemprov Malut kini berancang-ancang mengajukan pencairan tahap II.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Malut\u00a0 Ahmad Purbaya mengatakan pencarian tahap II harus berdasarkan progres pekerjaan, karenanya pihaknya masih menunggu laporan progres pekerjaan proyek jalan dan jembatan di beberapa Kabupaten\/kota di Malut itu oleh Dinas PUPR Malut.\u00a0\u00a0 \u201dPencairan tahap kedua kedua harus berdasarkan progres pekerjaan dilapangkan,\u201dsingkatnya.<\/p>\n<p>Disentil kewajiban Pemprov Malut pengembalian modal, Purbaya mengaku sesuai dengan penandatanganan MoU antara Pemprov dengan PT SMI, pengembalian modal pinjaman baru dilakukan mulai tahun depan. \u201dKita sudah membayar bunga pinjaman Rp 700 juta,\u201d singkatanya.<\/p>\n<p>Sekedar diketahui Pemprov mengajukan pinjaman ke PT SMI senilai Rp 500 Miliar masingmasing Rp 350 Miluar untuk pembangunan jalan dan jembatan\u00a0 dan sisanya Rp 150
