Yakni traffick light yang berada di perempatan jalan Keluraha Toboko Ternate Selatan.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak berfungsinya lamput lalulintas itu membuat para pengendara saling berebut jalan. Apalagu, pada jam-jam sibuk seperti pagi dan sore hari, kawasan itu pun terjadi kemacetan.<\/p>\n<p>Sekretaris Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Ternate Fahrudin Ginting mengakui sudah hampir tiga pekan traffic light di Toboko itu rusak. Dishub kini tengah memesan alat dari luar daerah.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, Fahrudin belum dapat memastikan kapan akan kembali berfungsi. &#8220;Untuk trafic light ini juga ada rusak ringan dan ada rusak berat. Kalau rusak berat alatnya juga harus pesan diluar daerah,&#8221;terangnya<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, perawatan trafic light membutuhkan anggaran yang tidak sedikit. Setiap satu kali pergantian butuh anggran sebesar Rp 30 juta. Itupun untuk meangani keruskan ringan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk anggaran pemiliharaan ini normalnya dalam satu tahun paling tidak Rp 90 juta. Sedangkan yang tersedia sekarang masih kecil. Setiap tahun juga selalu diusulkan untuk penambahan, tapi tidak pernah diakomodir.
