HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Kapal nelayan KM Britanic yang membawa 15 orang yang dikabarkan hilang kontak sejak 24 Juli 2021, akhirnya ditemukan tim SAR Tobelo, kemarin. Mereka ditemukan di sekitar pulau Kakara, kecamatan Tobelo setelah 10 hari terombang-ambing di laut.<\/p>\n

Dari keterangan Danpos Basarnas Tobelo M Rizal Kamis, disebutkan
\nbertolak dari salah stau dermaga di Kecamatan Kema, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, pada 23 Juli 2021, dengan tujuan Tobelo, Halut. Namun, sehari melaut (24 Juli) tiba-tiba mesin kapal mengalami kerusakan.
\n\u201cMenurut keterangan mereka (korban), kerusakan mesin terjadi sekira
\npukul 12.00 pada 24 Juli itu. Terjadi kebocoran oli pada mesin,\u201d kata
\nRizal.<\/p>\n

Disebutkan pula, dari keterangan mereka, kapal dinahkodai Hermanses.
\nSaat terjadi kerusakan mesin, anak buah kapal (ABK) sudah berupaya
\nuntuk memperbaiki namun tidak berhasil. Musibah itu pun diperparah
\ndengan kerusakan alat komunikasi. “ABK berusaha untuk melakukan
\npanggilan bantuan lewat radio, tetapi alat komunikasi mengalami
\ngangguan yang hanya bisa menerima panggilan dan tidak bisa melakukan
\npanggilan keluar,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Awak kapal tersebut, lanjut Rizal, baru berhasil berkoordinasi setelah
\nkapal mereka hanyut hingga mendekati pulau Kakara, Kecamatan Tobelo.
\nPada Senin (2\/7) kapal hanyut mendekati pulau Kakara dan mendapat
\nsinyal dari telpon selular, sehingga ABK menelepon pemilik kapal dan
\ndilaporkan ke syahbandar Tobelo. \u201cSelanjutnya diteruskan laporannya ke
\nBasarnas Tobelo. Saat itu juga personil turun ke titik kapal yang
\ndilaporkan mengalami kerusakan mesin tersebut,” terangnya.<\/p>\n

Para awak kapal akhirnya dievakuasi ke pelabuhan perikanan Tobelo,
\nDesa Wosia, Kecamatan Tobelo Tengah dan melakukan perbaikan mesin yang rusak. Sementara itu musibah itu disebut pihak Basarnas Tobelo, tidak ada korban jiwa, hanya korban materil.(dit\/fir)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
