{"id":23027,"date":"2021-08-18T21:10:39","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T13:10:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=23027"},"modified":"2021-08-18T21:10:39","modified_gmt":"2021-08-18T13:10:39","slug":"semangat-membangun-harus-jalan-di-tengah-pandemi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=23027","title":{"rendered":"Semangat Membangun Harus  Jalan di Tengah Pandemi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;<\/strong><\/em>Sudah dua pelaksanaan upacara detik-detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Indonesia di Kota Ternate, berlangsung ditengah suasana pandemi Covid-19.\u00a0 Namun begitu, semangat untuk merayakan kemerdekaan RI harus ditumbuhkan sebagaimana tema HUT ke 76 RI tahun ini.&#8221;Indonesia Tangguh, Indonesia Tumbuh&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Semangat kebersamaan sebagai warga bangsa dalam momentum ini diharapkan terus dibangun dalam rangka untuk memupuk persatuan dan kesatuan warga Ternate,&#8221; ucap Wali Kota Ternate M Tauhid Soleman usai memimpin upacara penaikan bendera di halaman kantor Walikota kemarin (17\/8).<\/p>\n<p>Semangat itu juga harus tertanam dalam jati diri seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dengan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih maksimal bagi warga. \u201cItu bagian dari mengisi kemerdekaan dengan pembangunan, yang berarti membangun itu adalah perubahan secara signifikan baik lahir maupun bathin,\u201dujarnya<\/p>\n<p>Upacara yang berjalan aman dan lancar dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat ini merupakan upacara HUT RI pertama bagi Tauhid selaku Wali Kota sekaligus bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara. Dengan Ketua DPRD Kota Ternate, Muhajirin Baillusy sebagai pembaca teks proklamsi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam upacara yang turut dihadiri Wakil Wali Kota Ternate Jasri Usman beserta Forkopimda, Anggota DPRD, Pimpinan OPD, dan tamu undangan yang terbatas itu, bertindak sebagai Komandan Upacara Kapten\u00a0(Inf) Halil Majid Jennah (Pasipers Kodim\/1501 Ternate). Sedangkan Komandan Paskibraka, Lettu Inf. Bram Yulian yang menjabat Pasipers Intel Raider Khusus Yonif 732\/Banau.
