HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Pemkot Ternate mulai membereskan masalah data jumlah honorer dan pegawai tidak tetap (PTT) yang kerap menjadi persoalan dari tahun ke tahun.<\/p>\n

Untuk memastikan jumlah PTT yang sebenarnya, kemarin BKPSDM mulai melakukan verifikasi dan evaluasi PTT yang akan di seluruh OPD.<\/p>\n

Evaluasi dan inventarisir ini tidak hanya mendapatkan angka valid jumlah PTT, namun juga melihat keabsahan kehadiran PTT di seluruh OPD. Selain itu, juga untuk mendata PTT yang masih aktif maupun yang tidak.<\/p>\n

Pendataan ini adalah yang kedua kali di lakukan Pemkot tahun ini. Sebelumnya kebijakan serupa juga pernah dilakukan Pemkot di era Pj wali Kota Hasyim Daeng Barang.<\/p>\n

Kasubid Evaluasi dan Penilaian Kinerja Aparatur II BKPSDM Ternate, Fahni Halil, mengatakan verifikasi dan evaluasi yang berlangsung selama 13 hari itu dalam rangka perbaikan database PTT. “Hari ini, kita lakukan verifikasi untuk PTT di lingkup Dinas Pendidikan termasuk tenaga operator sekolah,” katanya,Rabu(18\/8).<\/p>\n

Fahni menyatakan, verifikasi dan evaluasi PTT juga dilakukan terhadap PTT yang bertugas di Kecamatan Batang Dua, Hiri.dan Moti, “kalau yang diluar pulau Ternate, bisa langsung datang ke kantor BKPSDMD, atau melapor melalui telepon,” terang Fahni.<\/p>\n

Setelah Disdik, verifikasi PTT direncanakan akan dilanjutkan di Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) dan jajaran. “Kemudian OPD lainnya termasuk kantor-kantor Camat dan Lurah,”tandasnya.(tr4\/pur)<\/p>\n
