Para pedagang belum mau pindah karena fasilitas pendukung belum memadai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari beberapa kali sosialisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah, pedagang meminta pemerintah menyiapkan fasilitas pasar. Seperti air, drainase, dan pengerasan jalan keluar masuk lingkaran pasar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut Kepala Desa Rawajaya M Iksan Madu, bahwa akses keluar masuk pasar itu masih milik warga, dikhawatirkan ketika pasar dioperasikan kemudian berbenturan dengan pemilik lahan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSebenarnya pemerintah meminta agar pedagang segera direlokasi. Hal ini dalam rangka untuk mendukung program pemerintah, yakni menciptakan Tobelo Bersih dan Tobelo Terang. Untuk itu pak wakil meminta segera dilakukan penertiban, di antaranya pedagang yang masih berjualan di pinggir jalan belakang pasar Inpres Satu hingga belakang SD Alkhairaat Satu, segera direlokasi ke pasar Inpres 2,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun menurut Iksan, sebagian besar pedagang masih enggan untuk pindah karena fasilitas yang belum lengkap. \u201cJika pemerintah memang benar-benar serius, maka saya meminta fasilitas pasar segera dilengkapi dan akses jalan keluar masuk segera dilakukan pembebasan lahan,\u201d ujar Iksan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari pantauan koran ini, selain akses jalan keluar masuk yang belum layak, kondisi pasar Inpres 2 yang sudah lama diresmikan Bupati Halut ini, sudah mulai rusak sebelum difungsikan. Tampak terlihat plafon sudah ada yang ambruk. Beberapa mata lampu hilang, pintu WC dan pintu kios sudah rusak, bahkan ada beberapa kios yang sudah tidak ada pintu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dikonfirmasi terpisah, Kepada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Nyoter Koenoe hanya mengatakan, dirinya menyimpulkan relokasi tidak punya perencanaan yang matang. \u201cSistem pengendalian pasar harus tegas untuk
