Namun, APBD perubahan tersebut dirancang mengalami defit Rp.59.070.651.484,5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Berdasarkan dokumen KUA-PPAS tersebut tercatat pendapatan daerah (PD) yang diproyeksikan pada APBD Perubahan Tahun 2021 sebesar Rp. 1.166.530.531.862,99 mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp. 19.137.193.435,99 dengan rincian sebagai berikut: pendapatan asli daerah sebesar Rp. 120.546.483.279,00 dan mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp. 1.300.000.000,00.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendapatan Transfer sebesar Rp. 964.371.995.435,00\u00a0\u00a0dan mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp.9.361.140.287, lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah sebesar Rp. 81.612.053. 148,99 dan mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp. 8.476.053.148,99. belanja daerah pada APBD Perubahan Tahun 2021 proyeksi target belanja sebesar Rp.1.225.601. 183.347, dan mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp. 21.143.410.869. Sehingga defisit adalah Rp.59.070.651.484,5 1<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pembiayaan daerah, terdiri dari jumlah penerimaan pembiayaan pada APBD Perubahan Tahun 2021 sebesar Rp.66.487.317.984,51. Jumlah pengeluaran pembiayaan pada APBD Perubahan Tahun 2021 sebesar Rp. 7.416.666.500,00 sehingga sisa lebih anggaran 1 tahun berkenan (SILPA) sebesar Rp.0,00 (nol rupiah)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wakil Ketua DPRD Halut, Willem M. Manery saat memimpin paripurna tersebut mengatakan melalui pembahasan bersama antar kedua lembaga akhirnya rancangan perubahan KUA dan PPAS tahun 2021 disepakati Untuk ditindaklanjuti dalam rapat paripurna penandatanganan kesepakatan.&#8221;Pimpinan DPRD patut memberikan apresiasi kepada pimpinan dan anggota komisi, pimpinan OPD, banggar DPRD, dan Ketua TAPD beserta anggotanya yang telah serius untuk menyelesaikan pembahasan agenda ini,\u201dkatanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut mantan Kepala BKD Halut ini, kedua dokumen yang telah ditandatangani bersama ini akan dijadikan acuan dalam penyusunan rancangan perubahan APBD\u00a0 Halut tahun 2021 sehingga itu perlu di tindaklanjuti oleh Pemkab Halut, agar pengajuan pembahasan dan penetapan perubahan ABPD tahun 2021 dapat segera dilaksanakan, karena mengingat saat ini sudah berada pada pertengahan bulan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Sesuai isyarat peraturan perundang- undangan, pengajuan ranperda tentang perubahan APBD dilaksanakan pada minggu kedua Bulan September, dan pengambilan keputusan terhadap ranperda tersebut dilaksanakan tiga bulan sebelum tahun anggaran berakhir.
