Sebab, penggunaan dana selama dua tahun tersebut diduga kuat bermasalah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ketua BPD Dodowo, Jais Kuna, mengatakan, masalah DD tahun 2016-2017 tersebut sudah dilaporkan ke Inspektorat beberapa bulan lalu tetapi sampai detik ini tidak ada perkembangan untuk ditindaklanjuti. \u201ckami memintah Inspektorat serius selesaikan masalah DD Dodowo yang pernah\u00a0\u00a0kami dilaporkan,\u201dkatanya, selasa (14\/9)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut ketua BPD Dodowo, tidak adanya perkembangan masalah DD tersebut, karena sampai saat ini Inspektorat terbitkan laporan hasil pemeriksaan (LHP).\u201dkalau memang sudah diperiksa maka LHP atas laporan itu sudah diterbitkan oleh Inspektorat,\u201djelasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jais pun beberkan bahwa sangat banyak dugaan penyalahgunaan DD di tahun itu mulai dari anggaran sarana prasaran hingga pengadaan barang fasilitas Desa.\u201dbanyak yang tidak beres dalam pengelolaan anggaran oleh Kepala Desa,\u201dtandasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jais menuturkan bahwa lebih parahnya lagi Kades Dodowo dalam membahas program hingga penyusunan APBDes tidak pernah melibatkan perangkat Desa.\u201dkinerja Kades Dodowo memang sangat buruk dan tidak mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku terutama soal penyusunan APBDes yang mana tanpa melalui musyawarah,\u201dungkapnya.(tr-5)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) Dodowo Kecamatan Galela Utara&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":1503,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[41],"tags":[4568,107,4089],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-23616","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-halut","tag-desa-dodowo","tag-halmahera-utara","tag-inspektorat-halut"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
