Lewat apel pagi kemarin, Elang pun menebar peringatan keras kepada para PNS.<\/p>\n<p>Bukan hanya PNS, dia juga turut memberikan teguran keras kepada pimpinan OPD. Sebab, baginya tidak disiplinnya PNS juga tak lepas dari kesalahan pimpinan SKPD.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka hanya menggunakan sistem komunikasi segi tiga emas antara KAdis, Sekertaris dan Bendahara. &#8220;Sementara bawahan dianak tirikan tampa ada komunikasi secara menyeluruh,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Elang sendiri mengaku sudah mengantongi sejumlah pimpinan OPD yang hanya membangun komunikasi segitiga emas tampa memperdulikan staf atau bawahan. Dia berjanji bakal mengevaluasi pimpinan OPD tersebut<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya sudah dapat laporan dari staf terkait OPD yang hanya membangun komunikasi segitiga, yang diistilahkan dengan sebutan, Suanggi, Coka dan Tudule, yang diartikan antara mereka bertiga yakni, Kepala Dinas, Sekertaris dan Bendahara,&#8221;beber Elang.
