Indonesia (APDESI) kabupaten Halut Tomy E Mozes bersama pengurus mengimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat, maupun unsur kepala desa atau calon kepala desa (cakades) agar tidak terprovokasi dengan berbagai isu dan propaganda yang menyesatkan masyarakat pada pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) serentak yang dimulai, Senin (25\/10).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut Tomy, Pilkades serentak merupakan salah satu bentuk pesta demokrasi yang begitu merakyat. \u201cPemilu tingkat desa merupakan ajang kompetisi yang begitu menarik dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran bagi masyarakat,&#8221; kata Tomy, Minggu (24\/10).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dia menyebut, dalam momen tersebut, masyarakat yang menentukan pemimpin desanya selama enam tahun kedepan. \u201cBanyak pesta demokrasi yang telah digelar dalam kehidupan politik zaman sekarang yaitu Pilpres, Pilkada Gubernur, Pilkada bupati, pemilu legislatif, dan tak ketinggalan juga adalah Pilkades,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oleh karena itu, lanjutnya, kehadiran APDESI sebagai wadah konsultasi untuk mempersatukan sesama kepala desa sehingga menciptakan komunikasi dan kerukunan antar masyarakat desa di kabupaten Halut. \u201cSaya mengajak kepada masyarakat maupun unsur kades atau calon kades agar tidak terprovokasi dengan berbagai isu dan propaganda yang menyesatkan masyarakat di kabupaten Halut,\u201d ajaknya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;APDESI yang memiliki visi terwujudnya Pemerintah dan masyarakat desa maju, adil, sejahtera, profesional dan demokratis, siap mengawal proses demokrasi di setiap desa, agar bisa melahirkan kepala desa yang siap dan amanah untuk membangun desa demi kesejahteraan warganya,&#8221; sambungnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lebih lanjut Mozes mengatakan, pemerintah desa dan masyarakat desa wajib hukumnya untuk menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di wilayah hukum desa masing-masing demi terciptanya suasana aman sesuai yang dipesankan ketua umum APDESI pusat. &#8220;Saya juga mengajak TNI\/Polri tetap solid bersama pemerintah selaku tiga pilar dalam melaksanakan
