{"id":24474,"date":"2021-11-01T17:17:11","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T09:17:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=24474"},"modified":"2021-11-01T17:17:11","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T09:17:11","slug":"7-nama-berebut-kursi-dirut-perumda-ake-gaale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=24474","title":{"rendered":"7 Nama Berebut Kursi Dirut Perumda Ake Gaale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;<\/strong><\/em>Meski dihadapkan dengan tugas dan tantangan yang cukp berat, salah satunya mengatasi persoalan air bersih, namun hal itu tidak lantas membuat perebutan kursi direktur utama (Dirut) Perumda Ake Gaale (dulu PDAM) Ternate sepi peminat.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak dibuka pendaftaran oleh tim panitia seleksi (Pansel) 15 Oktober lalu, sejauh ini sudah ada tujuh pelamar yang siap berebut untuk menjadi orang nomor satu di Perumda.<br \/>\nSelain Dirut Perumda, timsel juga menerima 7 pelamar yang mengincar kursi Dewan Pengawas (dewas) Perumda Ake Gaale, salah satunya mantan Kepala Bappeda Said Assagaf.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua Panitia Seleksi (Pansel) calon Diut dan Dewas Perumda Air Bersih Ake Gaale, Saiful Deni menyebutkan, dari 23 pelamar yang telah mengambil formulir pendaftaran, hanya 14 orang yang sudah mengembalikan berkas formulir sejak pendaftaran ditutup 22 oktober lalu. \u201cDari 14 orang yang telah mengembalikan berkas, 7 orang calon direksi, dan 7 orang calon dewan pengawas,&#8221;sebutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Rekro UMMU ini mengatakan, rekrutmen calon Dirut dan Dewas pada prinsipnya bertujuan pendirian Perumda Ake Gaale dapat memberikan manfaat pengembangan perekonomian di daerah.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian potensi-potensi apa yang akan dikembangkan oleh Perumda Ake Gaale, itu yang akan ditunggu masyarakat kota Ternate.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCalon Dewan Direksi dan Calon Dewan Pengawas harus punya visi tentang pengembangan perusahaan ke depan. Dan tentunya, perusahaan harus survive dan perlu berkembang untuk meningkatkan sisi pelayanan kepada masyarakat,\u201dbeberbnya.<\/p>\n<p>Seorang Direksi juga harus mempunyai visi mengembangkan perusahaan untuk membantu Pemkot dalam pengertian pada sisi modal keuangannya.<\/p>\n<p>Karena potensi ini tidak sekedar pelayanan air minum saja, namun justru ada potensi lain yang harus dikembangkan. \u201cIni bagian dari wirausaha birokrasi.
