HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Keputusan Wali Kota Ternate Tauhid Soleman menunjuk sejumlah pejabat tinggi pratama untuk merangkap sebagai pelaksana tugas (Plt) di beberapa OPD, dikritisi Wakil Ketua II DPRD Kota Ternate, Heny Sultan Muda.<\/p>\n

Politis Partai Demokrat ini menilai, rangkap jabatan oleh beberapa pimpinan OPD defenitif itu sangat tidak pantas. Mestinya status Plt di OPD yang lowong itu dijabat oleh para asisten sehingga tidak menggnggu tugas pokok utama.<\/p>\n

Salah satunya adalah diangkatanya Sekkot Ternate Yusup Sunya sebagai Plt BPKAD . Bagainya dari sisi Kepatutan sangatlah tidak pantas, mengingat beban kerja semakin berat. “Yang ada nanti akan tidak maksimal menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai Sekda,” ujarnya, Senin (1\/11).<\/p>\n

Heny menyarankan seyogyanya tugas Plt kepala BPKAD diserahkan kepada pejabat ahlinya atau menunggu hingga akhir tahun. Dan sebaiknya mantan kadis sebelumnya \u00a0kalau mau dimutasikan tunggulah hingga januari tahun depan.<\/p>\n

“Karena menurut kabar akan ada mutasi jabatan jilid 2 dan kebijakan yang diambil memindahkan kepala badan keuangan di akhir tahun sangatlah tidak tepat, mengingat banyak yang harus diselesikan di keuangan,”tandasnya.<\/p>\n

Apalagi, anggaran perubahan saja belum di input dan APBD perubahan saja belum disampaikan. \u00a0“Tapi kita hargai apa yang sudah menjadi keputusan Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Ternate,”sebutnya.<\/p>\n

Selain Sekkot, terdapat tiga pimpinan OPD defenitif yang merangkap sebagai Plt di tiga OPD, yakni kepala DPMPTSP Bahtrar Teng yang merangkap sebagai Plt Kepala Dinas Pendidikan.<\/p>\n

Kemudian Kepala Bapelitbangda Rizal Marsaoly yang juga menjabat Plt Kepala Dinas Pariwisata. Thamrin Marsaoly yang menjabat Kadis Pertanian menjabat sebagai Plt Kepala DKP. (tr4\/pur)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
