{"id":24838,"date":"2021-11-15T13:52:45","date_gmt":"2021-11-15T05:52:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=24838"},"modified":"2021-11-15T13:52:45","modified_gmt":"2021-11-15T05:52:45","slug":"ternate-krisis-air-bersih-dekot-salahkan-timsel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=24838","title":{"rendered":"Ternate Krisis Air Bersih, Dekot Salahkan Timsel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>HARIANHALMAHERA.C0M&#8211;<\/strong><\/em>Gangguan pelayanan air bersih yang terjadi di sejumlah kelurahan di Ternate, oleh DPRD Kota Ternate dianggap tak lepas dari lambanya proses seleksi calon direktur dan pengawas Perumda Akegaale oleh Timesl.<\/p>\n<p>Wakil Ketua Dewan Kota (Dekot) Ternate, Heny Sutan Muda mengaku, lambatanya pengisian kursi Dirut dan pengawas Perumda Akegaale ini membuat kinerja Plt Dirut Thamrin Alwi terbelah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Plt Direksi Perumda akegale Tamrin Alwi tidak fokus kerja karena yang bersangkutan mempunyai pekerjaan lain. Jadi seharusnya Pemkot harus cepat mengisi kekosongan jabatan di Perumda,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ada pula alasan lain menurutnya, karena saat ini tahapan seleksi Perumda sedang berlangsung sehingga memicu kinerja Tamrin Alwi suda kurang serius sehingga semanggat kerja suda mulai menururun.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tim pansel harus lebih cepat mencari sosok direksi dan pengawas agar bisa menjawab permasahan krisis air yang menjadi pekerjaan rumah yang harus di selesaikan&#8221; ucapnya.<br \/>\nMeskipun Pemkot tidak melibatkan DPRD di tim seleksi, tapi DPRD menilai Timsel kerja kurang maksimal sehingga mencari Direksi dan pengawas terlalu berbelit-belit &#8220;Tahapan seleksi ini sangat tidak butuh waktu yang terlalu lama karena hanya mencari satu orang yang menduduki jabatan direktur dan beberapa orang calon pengawas sangat muda,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dia meyakini, jikalau jajaran Direksi dan pengawas Perumda sudah terisi, maka persoalan air bersih bisa diterjawab dengan
