HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Wali Kota Ternate M Tauhid Soleman juga merombak total pejabat lurah. Dari total 82 pejabat yang dilantik, 36 diantaranya jabatan Lurah, sementara 46 dilantik sebagai Kasie pada sejumlah OPD dan Kelurahan.<\/p>\n

Pergantian Pejabat Eselon IV itu tertuang dalam SK nomor :821.2\/KEP\/3671\/2021.\u00a0 Reshuffle yang berlangsung Jumat, (19\/11) itu sebanyak 22 Lurah dinonjob.<\/p>\n

Tauhid menegaskan, para pejabat pengawas Pemerintah Kota ini setara dengan Pimpinan OPD hanya saja berada pada Pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Wilayah (OPW).<\/p>\n

“Sehingga Para lurah harus bekerja bersentuhan langsung dengan Masyarakat maksimal 60 persen jangan terlalu didalam ruangan karena, kalian bukan pejabat administrasi, tapi pejabat publik,” terangya.<\/p>\n

Nanti juga akan dilakukan koordinasi tugas lurah, karena itu penting dan itu harus bersentuhan langsung dengan Masyarakat. Dan pengembangan wilayah kelurahan adalah tugas penting dari lurah.<\/p>\n

“Para lurah harus juga membantu kerja-kerja penggerak PKK karena Istri lurah juga bagian dari ketua Penggerak PKK tingkat kelurahan dan Penggerak PKK dan Pejabat Kelurahan adalah mitra strategis,”ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Terpisah, anggota Komisi I DPRD Kota Ternate Yamin Rusly, menyarankan dalam mengangkat Lurah, Pemkot harus mempertibangkan berbagai aspek\u00a0 salah satunya wilayah domisili dan kepangkatan golongan.<\/p>\n

“Sehingga ASN diangkat menjadi Lurah dia sudah mengetahui karakteristik wilayah setempat, ketika terjadi masalah maka bersangkutan cepat merespon, ini perlu dipertimbangkan oleh Wali Kota,” ujarnya<\/p>\n

Dia juga meminta ada pengecualian untuk penempatan Lurah di tiga Kecamatan di luar pulau Ternate, “Karena jumlah ASN sangat terbatas kemudian dari sisi kepangkatan banyak yang belum memenuhi syarat, sehingga untuk wilayah tiga Kecamatan terluar ini harus diberikan pengecualian, bisa diambil dari Kelurahan lain. Tidak mungkin kita distribusi Lurah di Kota Ternate bertugas pada tiga Kecamatan terluar, terkecuali bersangkutan berdomisili di sana,”ucapnya.(par\/pur)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
