{"id":25815,"date":"2021-12-28T19:49:33","date_gmt":"2021-12-28T11:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=25815"},"modified":"2021-12-29T10:02:12","modified_gmt":"2021-12-29T02:02:12","slug":"segera-atur-penjualan-lem-aibon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=25815","title":{"rendered":"Segera Atur Penjualan Lem Aibon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;<\/strong><\/em>Penggunaan lem aibon di kalangan remaja di Kota Ternate yang semakin merajalela terus memicu desakan kepada Pemkot Ternate untuk segera mengambil langkah pencegahan.<\/p>\n<p>Sosiolog Maluku Utara (Malut) Herman Oesman menilai fenomena harus disikapi secara serius oleh Pemkot mengingat sudah menjadi ancaman bagi generasi penerus di Ternate.<\/p>\n<p>Sehingga butuh proteksi dari Pemkot Salah satunya dengan membatasi atau mengendalikan penjualan lem aibon. &#8220;Tinggal sosialisasi atau bisa sangsi tegas kepada penjual. Setiap kelurahan juga paling tidak ada aturan sehingga ada efek jera bukan hanya kepada penjual, tapi juga kepada pemakai,&#8221; tegasnya,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Herman menilai, upaya yang dilakukan selama ini baru sebatas penindakan oleh pihak petugas melalui operasi yustisi Padahal, memberangus maraknya penyakahgunaan lem aibon ini harus dilakukan dari hulu ke hilir.<\/p>\n<p>Dia menilai, maraknya remaja yang terlibat ngelem juga tidak lepas longgarnya peran keluarga. &#8220;Secara psikologis anak nakal atau diluar kendali melakukan prilaku menyimpang, tentunya tidak lepas dari fungsi kontrol keluarga,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Sosiliasi juga wajib dilakukan terutama disekolah-sekolah ataupun oleh institusi soal dampak buruk pemakaian lem tersebut. Tidak hanya itu, penguatan dari aspek agama juga tentu sangat penting, karena pertalian antara lingkungan ataupun pergaulan tentunya menjadi penyebab korban terjerumus. &#8220;Paling tidak juga ada sangsi tegas oleh pihak sekolah terhadap siswa yang terlibat hal-hal yang demikian,&#8217;
