Bagus Nugraha, mengatakan, kesadaran pengendara terutama sepeda motor dalam melengkapi alat keselamatan utamanya helm belum sepenuhnya terlihat. Meski pihaknya terus ingatkan melalui berbagai kegiatan dilapangan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Sebenarnya untuk menghilangkan kebiasaan pengendara yang tidak tertib berlalulintas sedikit sulit, maka dari itu penindakan dilapangan seperti ini sudah menjadi kegiatan rutin,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Operasi penindakan kali ini lanjutnya, telah menjaring belasan kendaraan roda dua, yang mana sebagian besar melanggar aturan tidak kenakan helm depan maupun belakang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Operasi ini progam rutin, kalau ada pelanggaran lalulintas tentu ditindak kemudian diberi penjelasan dengan harapan tidak mengulangi lagi,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurutnya, program yang dilaksanakan itu bertujuan menekan angka kecelakaan lalulintas yang berujung korban jiwa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Angka kecelakaan lalulintas di Halut termasuk yang tertinggi di Provinsi Malut, maka dari itu perlu ditekan dengan berbagai cara dan salah satunya operasi penertiban kemudian penindakan sebagai efek jera,&#8221;jelasnya.(dit\/pur)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM\u2014 Meski operasi demi operasi terus digelar, namun&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2655,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[41,4],"tags":[1103,1104,1105,1102],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-2654","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-halut","category-hukum","tag-kesadaran-berkendara","tag-lalu-lintas","tag-polisi","tag-tilang"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
