Masalah itu perlu diatasi Pemkab Halmahera Utara sebagai bentuk mencegah terjadinya kepadatan arus lalulitas yang berujung pada kemacetan dan kecelakaan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Irman, salah satu pengguna jalan pun menyarankan pada pemkab Halut melalui Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) untuk aktifkan kembali traffic light (lampu merah) di sejumlah titik yang dianggap sering terjadi kepadatan kendaraan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMemang harus diakui bahwa arus lalulintas di pusat kota Tobelo sudah mulai padat kendaraan, jadi untuk mencegah terjadi kemacetan terutama di hari tertentu seperti lebaran, natal dan tahun baru maka sebaiknya diaktifkan lampu merah,\u201dkatanya, minggu (20\/2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurutnya, Dishub Halut harus melakukan uji coba sekaligus sosialisasi di lapangan terkait pengaktifan traffic light sehingga pengendara benar-benar patuh.\u201dmeski tidak dipasang secera keseluruhan, setidaknya diaktifkan di pusat perbelanjaan, seperti jalan kemakmukan, karena ruas jalan itu sangat padat
