Bukan ujian kompetensi, melainkan uji mental siap ditempatkan di mana saja. Menyusul, pemerintah akan melakukan ritasi guru besar-besaran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Muhadjir Effendy mengatakan, pemerintah akan mulai memberlakukan kebijakan redistribusi alias rotasi guru secara besar-besaran tahun ini. Untuk memperkuat redistribusi ini, pemerintah menyiapkan payung hukum berupa peraturan presiden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dijelaskan pula, pemerataan guru memang menjadi prioritas pemerintah tahun ini. Itu sejalan dengan sistem zonasi yang diberlakukan dalam PPDB (penerimaan peserta didik baru) 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSetelah PPDB ini saya minta masing-masing daerah segera implementasikan program redistribusi guru agar betul-betul merata. Jangan sampai ada sekolah tertentu yang diisi guru-guru PNS. Ada sekolah lain hanya diisi guru honorer,&#8221; kata Muhadjir di Jakarta, Selasa (12\/6), mengutip\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/jpnn.com\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/jpnn.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1560564056645000&amp;usg=AFQjCNF43xSLD9JChqvkhWgWlxDRfVDktg\">jpnn.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalam redistribusi ini, lanjutnya, yang disebar guru PNS dan bersertifikat. Kemudian guru PNS belum bersertifikat, guru honorer atau GTT (guru tidak tetap) yang sudah bersertifikat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juga guru honorer tidak tetap dan belum bersertifikat. Kesemuanya harus dibagi secara merata pada jenjang SD dan SMP sehingga pemerataan program pendidikan berkualtas akan segera terealisasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Saya sangat paham di daerah-daerah disparitasantar sekolah masih tinggi. Jika tidak ada kemauan keras dari daerah untuk segera melakukan redistribusi, saya khawatir kebijakan pemerintah untuk segera melakukan pemerataan pendidikan yang berkualitas akan tersendat,&#8221; bebernya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guru besar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang ini mengungkapkan, redistribusi guru ini akan dijalankan setelah penerimaan siswa baru. Aturan ini juga akan dinaikkan menjadi peraturan presiden (Perpres) dalam kaitan dengan kebijakan rotasi guru, intervensi peningkatan sarana prasarana sekolah serta penataan kurikulum secara menyeluruh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Redistribusi guru ini acuannya zonasi. Jadi guru-guru enggak usah gelisah jika dipindah. Kalau dipindah di zonanya masing-masing saja. Tidak harus keluar zona kecuali kalau terpaksa. Kalau memang sudah kelebihan sementara di zona lain masih kurang ya saya minta kesadarannya untuk bersedia dipindah,&#8221; paparnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dia mengingatkan guru-guru akan aturan UU Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN. Di mana undang-undang mengamanatkan setiap PNS harus siap dirotasi secara periodik.
