Proyek pusat perbelanjaan yang sudah mencapai 80 persen itu diminta tuntas sebelum Juni 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini, proyek tersebut terkendala fasilitas eksalator yang masih dipesan di China atau Jerman. &#8220;Kami bakal panggil kontraktor bicarakan progres pekerjaan tersebut. Yang jelas waktu tidak bisa lewat dari bulan Juni mendatang,&#8221; terang Elang.<\/p>\n<p>Selain plaza Kota Weda, Pemda juga akan merubah skema bagi para pedagang yang menempatkan pasar Fidi Jaya. Karena, ada beberapa masalah kultur sehingga harus ada perubahan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nilai kontrak juga akan diturunkan sesuai dengan tempat, untuk lantai paling bawah awalnya sekitar 20 juta per tahun turun menjadi sekitar 15 juta, sedangkan lantai II menjadi 10-12 juta,&#8221;terang bupati.
