tunggakan air minum kepada pelanggan yang membadel.<\/p>\n<p>Karenanya, BUMD milik Pemkot itu pun menggandeng Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Ternate untuk melakukan penagihan tunggakan\u00a0 air bersih yang mencapai Rp 5 Miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama (dirut) Perumda Air Ake Gaale Abubakar Adam mengatakan, dengan dilakukannya kerjasama dengan Kejati Malut ini, nantinya pihak Kejaksaan yang akan turun langsung melakukan pelanggan yang menuggak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Data yang dikantongi sekarang sekitar seribu pelanggan baik itu pelangan rumah tangga dan instansi Pemerintah yang jika dikalkulasikan mencapai Rp 5 miliar,&#8221; ucapnya Senin (25\/4)<\/p>\n<p>Dia menegaskan, pelaksanaan MoU bersama Kejaksaan ini baru akan jalan usai lebaran idul Fitri &#8220;Kita lagi menunggu MOU dari Walikota dan Perumda setelah itu penarapan regulasi tersebut diterapkan setelah idul Fitri&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara penertiban ini bukan hanya berlaku kepada Instansi Pemerintah tapi untuk warga pun
