Pelaksanaan pelantikannya pun berlangsung sukses dan lancar hingga usai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebelumnya prosesi pelantikan yang berlangsung Aula kampus Uniera itu selain dihadiri oleh sejumlah pejabat Gereja Masehi Injili di Halmahera (GMIH) sebagai pemilik yayasan Universitas juga tampak kepala Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) wilayah XII, Maluku-Maluku Utara, Dr.\u00a0 Jantje E. Lekatompessy, SE. M. Si. AK, CA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr.\u00a0 Jantje E. Lekatompessy pun memuji sosok \u00a0Herson Keradjaan sebagai Rektor Uniera periode kedua, karena mampu membawa kampus mendapatkan prestasi yang bagus dan memiliki segudang prestasi lainnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPa rektor sangat luar biasa, banyak prestasi yang di raih Uniera saat ini, salah satunya ketika periode pertama bisa membawa Uniera mendapatkan akreditasi B. Saya juga berharap ditangannya nanti kedepan, Uniera bisa meraih akreditasi unggul,\u201dkatanya saat ditemui sejumlah awak media.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara Herson Kerjadjaan, dalam sambutanya menyampaikan bahwa pada periode kedua ini tentu diri berkomitmen membawa kampus Uniera untuk fokus pada penguatan kemandirian keuangan melalui usaha kemitraan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cInovasi bisnis yang akan terus kami kembangkan. Sehingga kita tidak tergantung sepenuhnya pada student body, namun fundraising melalui unit bisnis, project management melalui relasi dan kemitraan akan dikembangkan,\u201dtandasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tak hanya itu lanjut rektor Uniera, ada juga beberapa langkah-langkah pengembangan tranformasi yang akan diwujudkan, salah satunya Uniera terus mendorang dan mempercepat sumber daya manusia sebagai pilar utama pencapaian perkembangan dan transformasi yang harapkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSelanjutnya, kami membangun sistem monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengukur capaian-capaian kemajuan, guna pembelajaran dan perbaikan tindakan-tindakan (learning dan continous improvement),\u201ducap Herson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurutnya, pengembangan tradisi ilmiah melalui sistem Tri Dharma, yang memfasilitasi seluruh kompunen sivitas akademika Uniera untuk memberikan kerja terbaiknya. Selain \u00a0itu tata kelola kelembagaan dikembangkan secara kredibel, akuntabel, transparan, bertanggungjawab dan adil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMengembangkan sarana dan
