HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Meski sudah dilayangkan surat pembertahuan oleh Pemkot untuk tidak lagi berjualan di bahu jalan terhitung mulai Selasa lalu, namun ultimatum tersebut rupanya masih diindahkan sebagian penjual pulsa denga mobil serta pemilik fasilitas bermain anak-anak, Odong-odong.<\/p>\n

Karenanya, sejumlah mobil penjual pulsa dan kereta Odong-odang pun diderek Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja ( Satpol PP) Kota Ternate yang turun melakukan penertiban bersama petugas Dinas Perhubungan( Dishub).<\/p>\n

\u201cPenertiban terhadap PKL, diantaranya mobil penjual pulsa, hingga mobil odong-odong ini, sesuai arahan Wali Kota dan sebelum melakukan penertiban kita juga sudah sampaikan himbauan agar tidak berjualan dibahu jalan,\u201d tegas Kasat Pol PP Ternate, Fhandi Mahmu.<\/p>\n

Penertiban pedagang yang berjualan di bahu jalan ini berlangsung di sejumlah lokasi diantaranya di sepanjang jalan rekalmasi Kota Baru-Toboko dan depan taman fitnes dan Taman Nukila.<\/p>\n

“Tiga tempat itu merupakan sarang bagi pedagang yang berjualan pulsa dengan menggukan bahu jalan serta tempat usaha odong-odong,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n

Sejumlah mobil pedagang yang ditertibkan oleh petugas tersebut, untuk sementara diamankan. Selajuntnya para pedagang bisa langsung ke kantor untuk membuat surat pernyataan.<\/p>\n

\u201c Jika masih kedapatan hal yang sama, maka kami akan berkordinasi dengan pihak Kepolisan untuk menertibkan para pedagang yang masih membandel,\u201d jelasnya.(par\/pur)<\/p>\n
