HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Pemkot Ternate bakal memberlakukan syarat tambahan dalam pencairan gaji ke-13 oleh ASN Pemkot Ternate. Dimana, untuk bisa menerima gaji ke-13, ASN Pemkot wajib menunjukan bukti lunas pembayaran PBB (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan).<\/p>\n

Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BP2RD) Kota Ternate, Jufri Ali menegaskan cara tersebut cukup efektif untuk menggenjot pendapatan pajak daerah.<\/p>\n

Cara ini menurut dia\u00a0 pernah diberlakukan saat pencairan gaji ke-14 atau Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) Idul Fitri kemarin. “Untuk gaji 13 juga kita akan buat surat edaran tentang terima gaji 13 harus lunasi pajak bumi dan bangunan. Itu salah satu persyaratan khusus ASN,” ungkapnya Selasa (31\/5)..<\/p>\n

Bahkan ketentuan itu juga berlaku bagi ASN yang belum memiliki rumah dan masih numpang dengan orang tua. Merwka harus membayar PBB orang tuanya. “Kalau dia di kos-kosan minimal harus ada keterangan, bisa dikoordinasikan dengan pemilik kos-kosan. Itu karena wajib,” timpalnya lagi.<\/p>\n

Jufri mengatakan, dalam waktu dekat akan segera mendistribusikan Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terutang untuk PBB (SPPT-PBB) ke seluruh pemerintah kelurahan sebagai bahan pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak dari seluruh wajib pajak PBB petugas pemungutan.<\/p>\n

“Nanti dengan penyerahan SPPT PBB Tahun 2022 ini diharapkan akan terjadi peningkatan. Dan kami juga akan mendorong petugas pemungutan yang ada di kelurahan supaya dapat mengoptimalkan karena tugas ini juga kita bebankan ke mereka, nanti juga bersama petugas yang ada di BP2RD,” terang<\/p>\n

Target PBB tahun ini, sebesar Rp 6 miliar. Dari target itu sudah terealisasi sampai Mei ini sebesar 24 persen.\u00a0 “Memang kami ada keterlambatan dan Insyaallah kami BP2RD akan upayakan PBB ini minimal harus capai pada 31 Desember 2022,” kata dia.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu juga dia berharap kepada petugas pemungut di kelurahan untuk dapat mengejar target yang diberikan. Karena capaian target yang maksimal membuat petugas pemungut diberikan semacam reward dari BP2RD.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan terhadap wajib pajak, dia pun berharap agar taat pajak secara sadar demi pembangunan di daerah. “Kepada wajib pajak diharapkan harus ada kesadaran, karena membangun Kota Ternate ini harus membutuhkan dana yang cukup, salah satunya dari pajak dan retribusi daerah,” pungkasnya.(par\/pur)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
