HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Wali Kota M Tauhid Soleman akhirnya menindaklanjuti tuntutan Ikatan Sopir Angkutan Penumpang (ISSAP) lewat aksi mogok Senin (20\/6) terkait marakanya praktik penjualan BBM yang tidak sesuai peruntukan di SPBU.<\/p>\n

Kemarin, orang nomor satu di Pemkot langsung mengundang unsur Forkopimda bersama pimpinan OPD serta Perwakilan Pertamina dan perwakilan ISSAP Kota Ternate membahas persoalan yang memicu antrian panjang kendaraan di SPBU ini.<\/p>\n

Dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung di ruang rapat lantai III kantor Wali Kota itu, Tauhid yang didampingi Sekkot Yusuf Sunya mengakui, persoalan ini sudah begitu lama dan berbagai kebijakan sudah dilakukan Pemkot, namun selalu saja terjadi.<\/p>\n

\u201cYang menjadi persoalan\u00a0 adalah ketidaktaatan masyarakat sehingga menyebabkan sering terjadinya antrian panjang di beberapa SPBU. Dalam berbagai hal pemerintah daerah selalu dipersalahkan mau tidak mau ini harus diterima oleh karena itu, minimal ada ketegasan terkait masalah ini yang dihadapi ISSAP,\u201d tegas Wali Kota.<\/p>\n

Tauhid berharap masalah ini terakhir kali soal rapat-rapat menyangkut bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Pemerintah katanya selalu dianggap tak ada solusi, padahal sudah terapkan sesuai aturan.<\/p>\n

Kalau ada pelanggan yang mengisi BBM tidak wajar dengan kapasitas kendaraan, maka harus ada langkah dari SPBU. SPBU minimal punya cara untuk mendeteksi BBM itu kemana.<\/p>\n

\u201cJadi tolong ditertibkan. Satgas juga bertindak jika petugas SPBU mengabaikan dikasih sanksi. Saya mohon dari Pertamina tolong kerjasama,\u201d pinta Tauhid.<\/p>\n

Dia juga meminta secara tegas pada satgas selalu memantau dan melakukan pengecekan aktivitas pengisian BBM melalui rekaman CCTV yang ada di SPBU agar setiap mobil masuk keluar bisa diketahui.<\/p>\n

Sementara Kepala SPM Pertamina Malut, Gatot Subroto berjanji akan mencari solusi sehingga terkait dengan distribusi BBM dari Pertamina ke SPBU dipastikan tidak ada kendala.<\/p>\n

Jika ada konsumen yang memang melakukan tindakan tidak wajar agar segera menindaklanjutinya melalui satgas.<\/p>\n

\u201cJadi kami minta SPBU tidak boleh diperjualkan BBM ke pengecer ataupun jeriken sebab kita mengharapkan komitmen bersama dan tim satgas yang sudah dibentuk bisa bekerja kembali supaya permasalahan di lapangan ini cepat diselesaikan,\u201d harapnya.<\/p>\n
