HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Petugas gabungan dari Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) dan Linmas serta Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan (Perindag) akhirnya membongkar lapak para pedagang buah yang sudah memaski bahu jalan.<\/p>\n

Pembongkaran dilakukan karena lapak-lapak tersebut dianggap salah satu penyebab terjadinya kemacetan di ruas jalan depan Pasar Higienis Bahari Bekesan.<\/p>\n

Pantauan di lapangan, lapak yang melewati garis putih pembatas jalan itu pun langsung dibongkar oleh petugas. Namun, pembongkaran itu ternyata menuai keluhan dari para pedagang lantaran tidak ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n

“Paling tidak ada pemberitahuan sejak awal agar kita bisa lakukan pembongkaran,” ungkap Haji Upi sala satu pedagang buah, yang tampak tengah sibuk menata daganganya.<\/p>\n

Upi mengaku biaya sewa lapak dalam sebulan sebesar Rp 300 ribu yang dibayar ke petugas Dishub. Belum lagi retribusi sampah.<\/p>\n

Sementara Kadis Perindag, Muclis S Djumadil usai penertiban mengatakan, penertiban ini menindaklanjuti keluhan masyarakat yang mengaku area tersebut sering terjadi kemacetan.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, lapak pedagang juga telah melewati batas yang ditentukan. ” Awalnya itu hanya sampai diatas saluran drainase. Tapi kenyataanya di lapangan sudah melewati batas yang ditentukan.,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Dia juga mengatakan, sebelum dilakukan penertiban sudah ada himbauan berulang kali dari Satpol PP kepada pedagang agar tidak berjualan diatas badan jalan.<\/p>\n

Pasca dilakukan penertiban, selanjutnya tugas Dishub\u00a0 mengatur area tersebut, agar tidak lagi terjadi kemacetan. “Kita akan berkolaborasi untuk melakukan penertiban setiap hari,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Kedepan, Disperindag juga akan berkordinasi dengan Dinas PUPR dan Dinas Permukiman (Disperkim), terkait kondisi sebagian jalan yang sudah rusak, yang kerap jadi tempat pembuangan sampah, agar bisa tertata dengan baik.(par\/pur)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
