Warga setempat pun terus bertariak tepati janji tersebut lantaran sudah cukup lama mereka belum pernah menikmati pelayanan komunikasi digital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bahkan program Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Pemkab Halut soal pemasangan tower jaringan ke seluruh Kecamatan yang tersebar di Kabupaten Halut yang sempat didengungkan Kadiskominfo itu ternyata terkesan \u2018surga telinga\u2019 sesmata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Irfan, pemuda Kao Barat, mengatakan, bahwa selama ini Pemkab Halut masih terkesan pilih kasih dalam memberikan pelayanan, sebab dari sejumlah Kecamatan yang ada di Halut, hanya Kecamatan Kao Barat dan Loloda Kepulauan yang masih tertinggal dalam segala sector kehidupan salah satunya buktinya akses jalan dan jaringan telkomsel yang berulang kali dijanjikan akan direalisasi tetapi tak kunjung terlihat. \u201cTerbaru janji Pemkab Halut adalah jaringan telkomsel akan direalisasi, karena mendukung program Smart City, tapi nyatanya di Kao Barat malah Selamat Tinggal,\u201dkatanya minggu (24\/7).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di beberapa wilayah lain menurutnya, sudah dibangun tower dan ada pula sudah difungsikan sehingga warga pun telah menikmati layanan telkomsel tetapi di Kao Barat sendiri tidak terlihat adanya tanda-tanda dibangun tower. \u201cHp yang dibeli warga Kao Barat hanya jadi alat mendengar music semata, karena tidak ada jaringan jadi tidak bisa komunikasi,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dia pun berharap Pemkab Halut segera realisasi janji pengadan tower telkomsel tersebut dan evaluasi kinerja Diskominfo Halut, karena dianggap tidak mampu terapkan visi-misi Bupati dan Wabup Halut soal kesejahteraan masyarakat dibidang digital. \u201cKami minta Pemda Halut segera realisasi janji tower atau Bupati benahi kinerja Diskominfo, karena tidak mampu bekerja,\u201dtandasnya.(tr-05)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;Janji pengadaan jaringan telkomsel di Kecamatan Kao Barat&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":4390,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[41],"tags":[6497,107,2182,2329],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-30197","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-halut","tag-dinas-kominfo-halut","tag-halmahera-utara","tag-kao-barat","tag-pt-telkomsel"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
