Sebab, sudah berlangsung selama tiga bulan sejak juli sampai agustus 2022 ini, ternyata gaji mereka belum dibayar oleh Pemkab Halmahera Utara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu oknum honorer Nakes RSUD Tobelo pun menyampaikan bahwa masalah penundaan gaji mereka tersebut bukan pertama kali terjadi tetapi sudah berulang-ulang setiap tahun dan dibayar setelah dikeluhkan. \u201cPadahal kami lebih maksimal dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban tetapi hak kami tidak pernah lancar, bahkan terus tertunda berbulan-bulan,\u201dkatanya, rabu (5\/10).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oknum Nakes pun meminta Bupati Halut segera mengambil tindakan terkait penundan gaji honorer tersebut, karena dampak yang dirasakan mereka sangat berat mengingat desakan kebutuhan keluarga dan pemenuhan hidup yang kian meningkat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKami honor di RSUD meminta pada Bupati Halut agar segera membayar hak-hak kami yang tertunda selama tiga bulan, semua pekerjaan kami sudah tunaikan, namun kami tidak diperhatikan secara manusiawai atau layaknya seperti PNS,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dia pun menegaskan bahwa jika hak mereka belum juga diberikan maka akan dilakukan mogok kerja sebagai bentuk protes sampai upah diberikan. \u201cKami hanya meminta agar gaji kami ini dibayar, karena kamu datang bekerja membutuhkan biaya, dan apabilah belum dibayar tentu kami terpaksa mogok kerja,\u201dtandasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terpisah, anggota komisi II DPRD Halut, Fahmi Musa, juga meminta Pemkab Halut melalui instansi terknis segera tindaklanjut aspiras para Nakes honorer di RSUD Tobelo tersebut, karena selain hak mereka tentunya pelayanan mereka sangat dibutuhkan pasien dan masyarakat. \u201cKami minta agar Pemkab Halut secepatnya membayar keterlambatan gaji para honorer ini demi menunjang kesejahteraan mereka,\u201dpintanya.(sal)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211;Sejumlah honorer tenaga kesehatan (Nakes) di Rumah Sakit&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":8402,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[41],"tags":[107,690,1074],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-31771","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-halut","tag-halmahera-utara","tag-rsud-tobelo","tag-tenaga-honorer"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
