HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em> Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) kembali\u00a0mengharumkan nama Pemkot Ternate dalam Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) BKN yang berlangsung di Daerah Istimewa (DI) Yogjakarta.<\/p>\n

Dalam rakor yang yang mengusung tema, “Percepatan Pelaksanaan Sistem Merit Dalam
\nPenyelenggaraan Manajemen ASN se-Wilayah Kerja Kantor Regional XI BKN” itu, SKPD
\npimpinan Junus Yau itu berhasil meraih tiga gelar juara sekaligus.<\/p>\n

Kepala BKPSDM Kota Ternate, H Junus Yau menuturkan tiga gelar juara itu didapat pada tiga kategori berbeda. Yakni juara 2 pada akategori Pengelolaan Kepegawaian Berbasis Teknologi Pemerintah Kabupaten \/Kota se Wilayah Kerja Kanreg XI BKN, juara 3 kategori Perencanaan Pengadaan dan Mutasi Kepegawaian Pemerintah Kabupaten\/Kota dan juga juara 3 untuk ketegori Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Kepegawaian Pemerintah Kabupaten\/Kota.<\/p>\n

“Prestasi ini tentu akan dijadikan motivasi bagi Pemkot Ternate untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik di masa yang akan datang,” terang Junus kemarin.
\nDia juga memberikan apresiasi, penghargaan dan terima kasih, kepada seluruh jajaran
