HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em> Kendati sudah ada kesepakatan antara pihak PT NHM, Pemkab Halut dan Pemprov untuk segera menyelesaikan tuntutan masyarakat lingkar tambang di Kecamatan Malifut, Namun, hingga saat ini proses pencairan anggaran justru berjalan lamban.<\/p>\n

Hal ini diakui Penjabat (Pj) Sekprov Malut, Bambang Hermawan. Kepada wartawan, Bambang menegaskan, proses pencairan bisa dilakukan dalam satu hari kenapa masih saja diperjangan waktu sampai dua dan tiga hari kedepan, secara otomatis membuat masyarakat terus menyiarkan agar proses pengairan secepat dilakukan dan harus secara tunai tidak bisa lagi melalui rekening desa atau APBDess.<\/p>\n

“Masyarakat inginkan harus membayar secara tunai tanpa melalui rekening APBDes, tapi
\nlangkah tersebut tetap dilakukan akan menyalahi aturan, karena setiap prosedur pencairan
\nmelalui rekening desa,” terangnya, Senin (1\/7).<\/p>\n

Karenanya, dia meminta pihak NHM untuk tidak mengulur waktu dalam pencairan hak
\nmasyarakat lingkar tambang. “Dalam waktu dekat kami akan temui NHM dan sampaikan secara langsung, kalau dalam poin kesepakatan jika tidak memenuhi akan segera dicabut izin oprasi,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n
