HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Utara, senin (28\/11) kemarin telah melakukan penggeledahan kantor Desa Wateto, Kecamatan Kao Utara hingga rumah mantan kepala Desa (Kades). Itu dilakukan penyidik, karena mendalami penyelidikan dugaan kasus tindak pidana korupsi Anggaran Dana Desa (ADD) dan Dana Desa (DD) Desa Wateto Kecamatan Kao Utara tahun anggaran 2017, 2018, dan 2019.<\/p>\n

Dalam penggeledahan dan penyitaan dokumen\u2013dokumen tersebut oleh Kejari Halut telah terjunkan 7 orang penyidikm dimana penggeledahannya difokuskan pada 2 lokasi yang berbeda, yaitu di kantor Desa Wateto yang dipimpin oleh Satya Marta Ruhiyat S.H, M.H. selaku Kasubsi Penyidikan Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus dan penggeledahan di rumah mantan Kades berinisial SK, mantan Sekretaris Desa dan mantan Pj. Kades Wateto yang dipimpin oleh Eka J. Hayer, S.H. selaku Kepala Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejari Halut.<\/p>\n

Dari hasil penggeledahan itu, penyidik telah amankan sejumlah dokumen yang berterkaitan dengan dugaan Tipikor ADD dan DD Wateto tahun anggaran 2017, 2018, dan 2019. Penggeledahan dilakukan berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penyidikan Nomor : Print- 01 \/Q.2.12\/Fd.1\/09\/2022 tanggal 12 September 2022, dan Surat Perintah Penggeledahan Nomor : Print-\u00a0 512 \/Q.2.12\/Fd.1\/11\/2022 tanggal 24 November 2022. Setelah melakukan penggeledahan selama 2 (dua) jam.<\/p>\n

Aksi penggeledahan tersebut, karena para pihak dianggap sengaja menyembunyikan dokumen\u2013dokumen yang diminta oleh penyidik. Dokumen-dokumen tersebut baru didapatkan oleh penyidik setelah melakukan penggeledahan.
